Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your official Ed Sheeran merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel and accessories are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
